Influências dos Clash em disco

Agendada para janeiro de 2005 a editora Trojan Records irá lançar uma colectânea com 27 músicas dos estilos Ska, Reggae, Rock, e R&B, com as canções que mais influenciaram e inspiraram a carreira dos The Clash.

Sob o título de "Revolution Rock: A Clash Of Reggae, Rock & R'n'B", esta compilação foi produzida por Paul Simonon (baixista dos Clash), com a ajuda de Chris Salewiz.

O tracklist deste disco contém versões originais de muitas músicas que os Clash fizeram versões, incluindo "Junco Partner" de James Booker, "Brand New Cadillac" de Vince Taylor & His Playboys, "I Fought The Law" de Bobby Fuller Four, "Pressure Drop" de Toots & The Maytals, "Police And Thieves" de Junior Murvin.
