Mickey Coyle (GBH) - R.I.P.

Ontem, 10 Janeiro foi publicada a notícia na página da banda inglesa GBH, o baixista actual (que estava a substituir momentaneamente Ross Lomas) foi encontrado morto, para já sem se saber a causa.

Na década de 1980 o baixista fez parte dos Dead Wretched que lançaram dois EP´s.

Os próximos concertos dos GBH ficam adiados, segue o comunicado da banda...

We have just had the sad news that our regular stand in bass player, and lifelong friend Mickey Coyle was found dead today. 

We are all deeply shocked and send much love and condolences to his family and friends. 

Sadly that also means we're going to have to cancel our dates at the 100 Club in London tomorrow night, and at The Arches in Coventry on Saturday. 

We hope those gigs are able to go on without us somehow but we also hope everyone understands it's impossible for us to do these gigs, the main reason through respect for our dear departed brother. 

Rest in Peace Mick. You're being sorely and sadly missed our brother.
